Keith Tan Boon Kee a real estate agent in Singapore with 18 years experience in residential property in many districts like 2, 3, 9, 10.
2002 Keith started his journey in real estate. Through his contacts in his previous dealing with MNCs, he was highly recommended to Maersk Singapore Pte Ltd to find apartments for their expats. Keith then became one of the three agents appointed to serve Maersk Singapore Pte Ltd. This is when he traded his car sales job to become a real estate agent in Singapore from 2002 to begin his career in real estate Singapore and Keith never look back ever since. Still a strong believer in service excellence, Keith has helped many expats in finding a home in Singapore and many have stayed 4 to even 6 years. He has served more than 200 expats through his early years in real estate. Not wanting to be left behind, Keith always been thinking of ways to be better than his competitors and push for excellence.
Keith Tan Boon Kee feels that the money will be in concentrating in condominium projects that just TOP in district 9. With his determination and hard work, he went into projects like Rivergate, Watermark Robertson Quay, The Cosmopolitan. There Keith closed many units of rental and sales of these 3 projects, Rivergate, Watermark Robertson Quay, The Cosmopolitan. With China being becoming more and more influential in the global market, Keith is finding ways to market Singapore properties to China investors. He managed to find many China investors and they have bought more than 10 units from just 1 month. With this segment of the market opened Keith will be investing time and money to expand the China market in Singapore. He will still carry on to concentrate in condominium projects that just TOP residential property in district 2, 3, 7 & 9 .
Keith Tan Boon Kee then join ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd as a Senior Marketing Director in October 2014. He moved over to ERA to grow a group of competent and service oriented real estate agents. With ERA platform he is able to sell many new launch like South Beach, Wallich Residence, New Futura, Martin Modern, Marina One Residence, Duo Residence, Avenue South Residences, Boulevard 88, Juniper Hill, Midtown and many more new projects coming soon in 2020.
2015 Keith started to penetrate into District 2 by doing Skysuites @ Anson. To be more competitive his team rented a shop unit in Skysuites @ Anson. Our team manage to get a foothold in Skysuites doing more than 100 units for rent. Also in 2015 Keith was appointed by Allgreen to lease out their balance unsold units in Skysuites @ Anson as they also have seen that he is very active in Skysuites @ Anson. His team also went on to do the older projects there like 76 Shenton, Altez, Icon and Lumiere. While doing Skysuites @ Anson he manage to help a growing company ST Residences to get many units in Skysuites @ Anson later on they got units in J Gateway, City Gate, Strudee Residences.
2016 his team went on to do Echelon in District 3. The team with him as already more than 10 year of experience in Queens and The Metropolitan. In 2017 Keith went to view Nouvel 18 with the aim of doing new launch for New Futura. There he met the leasing in charge and manage to get appointed Joint marketing agent for Nouvel 18 & in 2018 St Regis & Cliveden by CDL.
2019 Keith started to recruit more agents to do TOP projects in City Gate and Sturdee Residences. 2020 his teams will embark on projects like Park Place Residences @ PLQ, Queens Peak, Arta, Gem Residences and many more. In 2020 Keith Tan was interview by a few media on 11 April 2020 CNA, on 20 April 2020 Wanbao, on 27 April 2020 CNA 938 Money Mind. ERA also ask Keith Tan to give a online course on 24 April 2020 on “Remote Control” Closings with 360° Virtual Tours
Keith Tan Boon Kee started to work in 1998 in a local car rental company Keng Soon Auto Pte Ltd. During Keith Tan Boon Kee’s time there, he managed to bring in monthly sales of more than $200,000.00 in just 1 year in the industry. Keith Tan Boon Kee’s clients include Caltex Singapore Pte Ltd, DBS Bank, Hyundai Engineering Pte Ltd, Mitsui and many more MNCs. Keith Tan Boon Kee believes in satisfying all his customer’s needs and quires and this turned into a big advantage for him as many of his customers refer many other friends and colleagues to him. Being young and enthusiastic, Keith Tan Boon Kee later switched to car sales in Keng Soon Motor Pte Ltd selling parallel imports cars. He sold average of 10-15 cars monthly.
